FANTASMA HUNTER
Presented by Pelotón de la Muerte mezcal
ABOUT
What is a beer cocktail? Depending on where you’re from you may call it a, michelada, una cerveza preparada or a shandy. A basic cerveza preparada recipe contains a tomato juice most likely fortified with hot sauce or salsa, lime juice and a salted rim. A shandy is typically considered to contain beer, fruit juice and soda. Both drinks are best served chilled glass.
There is no single, correct recipe that defines what a sangrita, bloody mary or michelada must contain. A Fantasma, which translates to ghost, spirit or phantom, is a cerveza preparada with a secret ingredient.
Peloton de la Muerte is on the hunt for the most satisfying beer cocktail. Use your creativity to leave your mark.
